Our approach
Impulso Consciente is a guided writing platform: a space to reflect, make decisions and take small steps. Your writing is not published, sold or used to build a marketing profile.
What we store
- Account: email, user ID and the session information provided by Supabase.
- Language and time zone: your account preferences; changing your time zone preserves the original dates of your exercises.
- Profile: the display name you choose in My Impulso.
- Exercise use: sessions, progress, answers, daily moments, Pulse entries, notes, your current intention, favourites, actions and paths while signed in.
- Membership and payments: email, plan, paid period, payment status, provider and payment reference when you make a payment.
- Technical data: session cookies, basic security logs and events needed to operate the platform.
What we don't store or do
- Private answers are not shown in the admin panel.
- Your writing is not published.
- Personal data is not sold.
- Impulso Consciente does not store card details.
- Membership prices and access are explained before you subscribe.
Guest or account
As a guest, your answers may be stored in the browser you're using. Once signed in, sessions are associated with your account so you can return to them on other devices. Local sessions from the same browser are removed from the device only after they have been successfully imported into your account.
Optional measurement and channels
Only with your consent, we store a random identifier, language, acquisition channel (UTM and referring domain) and visit, sign-in, usage and purchase events. These tables never receive answers, exercise names, emails or free text. The identifier may be linked to your account to attribute the first purchase; renewals do not count as new buyers.
You can decline or withdraw consent through Measurement preferences at the bottom of each page. Your account, payments and history keep working. Withdrawal stops measurement and excludes that attribution from reports. To delete previous records as well, contact us.
External services
Impulso Consciente uses external services to operate: Supabase for authentication and the database, Vercel for hosting and Lemon Squeezy to process payments. Each provider processes data according to its technical role in the service.
Access, deletion and export
You can download your history from My history, even after your membership expires. To request deletion of your data, email ohidalgoizzi@gmail.com. Include the email you use to sign in so we can find your account.
Security and limitations
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system can guarantee complete security. If you notice an access, privacy or security issue, please use the same contact address.
